While flexible on the sector, the ideal target should have the following criteria:

EBITDA: £650k – £1.25M
Gross margin: >30%
Risk concentration: top clients to contribute less than 20% to the turnover
Location: Greater London
Management structure: second tier management in place
Business age: >5 years
