What are the most important business / MBA courses to take for aspiring entrepreneurs?
Probably none.If you’re interested in starting a business, the last thing you want to do is wait 2 or 3 years and then start in debt. These courses are highly theoretical and academic, they are unlikely to provide you with even 10% of the necessary skills and information needed to start and run a business.
Just get started with a business plan and start chipping away, part-time at first if you like. The only people who know how to start a business from scratch are entrepreneurs, and you are unlikely to find them giving lectures at a local university.
Join an entrepreneur’s networking group and ask others who have done it before for advice and help. At Chelsea Corporate, we host a weekly webinar every Monday for entrepreneurs and business owners.
